MEMBERSHIP TERMS

The Yoku Glow offers various subscription types: including automatic renewal bi-monthly subscriptions (“Bi-Monthly Subscriptions”) and one time gift purchase.

By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to these terms, as well as our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (which describes how we collect, use and disclose your data and your consent to such collection, use, and disclosure) which are both incorporated into and are a part of these Subscription Terms. We may transfer your billing information to our third-party payment processors, other service providers, and certain trusted third parties.

The Yoku Glow Bi-Monthly Subscriptions automatically renew. By purchasing a Bi-Monthly Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you provide prior notice that you wish to cancel in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below. Your subscription will automatically renew for successive periods, for a fixed term of the same length, and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive period at the then-current subscription rate.

Bi-Monthly Subscriptions: A “Bi-Monthly” Subscription consists of an initial product box (each, a “box” or “Yoku Glow”) and additional The Yoku Glow sent out bi-monthly thereafter. If you sign up for a Bi-Monthly Subscription, you will be immediately billed (as a non-refundable minimum purchase) and the next available box will be the first Yoku Glow you receive. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged up to three weeks in advance of the subsequent Yoku Glow shipment date, and every two months (six times a year) thereafter.


Return/Refund Policy
All Yoku Glow purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not currently accept returns of the Yoku Glow box, and any box returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund.

In the case that your Yoku Glow box does not arrive or a product is damaged or missing, we must be notified in writing (email will suffice) within sixty (30) days of receiving your tracking information. If we are not notified within that timeframe, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. Please note that replacement orders may take two (2) weeks to fulfill from the time of order. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of The Yoku Glow.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing ygteam@theyokuglow.com

Bi-Monthly Subscription Cancellation:

  • If you cancel by the 10thof the billing month, you will not receive the next shipment and will not be charged moving forward.
  • If you cancel after such date, you will be charged for the next Yoku Glow box but not future Yoku Glow boxes.

    Bi-Monthly Subscription Payment Issues:

    • If we are unable to process your payment on the charge date, we will send you a notification by email and you will have five days to update your payment, otherwise your membership will be terminated.

    Bi-Monthly subscription change of address:

    • If you changed your address, it is your responsibility to update your address on your Yoku Glow account five days before the shipment date of your box. We will not be responsible of any boxes shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.

    Promotional Offers
    The Yoku Glow may, from time to time in its sole discretion, offer certain promotional codes for discounts. Promotional codes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash, credit, or toward previous purchases. There is no cash alternative. Furthermore, following your initial charge, recurring payments will automatically renew at the then current rate. No promotional codes or discounts will carry over. Limit one promotional code per customer.
